Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping to all destinations are provided. For orders in the US, as well as Fast & Free shipping, we also offer expedited options for a small surcharge.
We offer expedited 2-day expedited shipping where available as well as fast and free shipping of 5-7 days. Allow 1 working day for processing.
For orders to Canada, we ship from Europe and times are typically 2 weeks.
Our orders around Europe will average 7-12 days.
Typically the next working day. If orders are placed early on they will often be dispatched the same day (USA exclusive).

Please double check your address before you place the order as many of our orders are sent within the hour so please be fast.
If your delivery fails because of an incorrect address then you are liable for the full cost of the order regardless. Please reach out to smcock@smcock.com if this happenss.
If you wish to resend the package then we will issue a new order at 50% of the cost of the original. The original order is non-refundable.

Discreet Shopping
Certainly! We do not write our name, brand out packaging etc. All orders are sent in a plain package with only the recipient details on it. No logos, or reference to the content at all.

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as well as digital providers like Paypal etc.
Returns & Refunds
No, due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you contact us with amendments to your order we will do our best to facilitate the change. This is completely dependant on whether the item is still in our possession. If your order has shipped then we will be unable to modify your order.
If you, or someone else on your behalf refused a delivery, we can reissue the order for a $15 surcharge once it is received back into our warehouse. Please note that we do not resend orders before the original has been received at our issuing warehouse and the customer bears the full cost of the product should it not arrive back at our warehouse.
