How to use the host :
1. Install 2pcs AAA battery, adjust the the strenght to weakest .
( The roller on the up right, can control the strength, up is weak, down is strong )
2. keep press ” Power ” button 3-5 seconds until the light is red
3. Choose the modes : Pulse / Numb / Absorb / Auto.
4. Role the roller down slowly, until adjust it to strength that suitable for you
5. “Adjust”: it can control the shock frequency, it work a while and pause , then work, not keeping work.
